Waiver and Release of Claims
Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours, its tour guides, representatives and contractors (hereafter referred to as “Staff”) assume no liability or responsibility for any personal injury, illness, death, property loss or damage sustained by any person as a result of participation in a tour or experience provided by Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours.
Tour Booking and Discontinuation of Tour
Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours and its staff reserves the sole right to deny or accept tour bookings by anyone at any time. Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours and its staff reserves the right to discontinue any ongoing tour should there be any unexpected weather condition, war, civil unrest, epidemic, or improper tour participant behavior that makes the continuation of tour dangerous or impossible.
Personal Physical and Medical Condition
All tour participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel and in suitable physical condition to participate tours or experiences provided by Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours. All tour participants are responsible for disclosing and notifying Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours and its staff of their medical condition or medication taken which may affect their health and participation of tours, prior to the tour in email. Personal Accident/ Travel Insurance is strongly advised, especially if you have a preexisting medical condition.
Photographic, Video and Digital Contents
Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours and its staff reserves the right to enjoy a worldwide, royalty-free license to use any photographic, video or digital contents of any tour participant taken during tours for promotional and commercial purposes.
Use of Intellectual Property
All the webpage, email and hardcopy materials provided by Running Panda Hong Kong Private Tours and its staff are not to be replicated, in whole or in part; or shared to any third party without prior consent of The Hong Kong Getaway Private Tours and its staff.
